Time to get up to date

Finally internet at the house, how to say all the things that have happened up till now. The realisation that I was saying see you later in person to my family for the last time till October, hit harder then I thought it would. I think about all of you every day. Also leaving beautiful Saskatoon on a great Thursday night wasn’t as easy as it sounds. But I guess all new adventures start like this.
Leaving Saskatoon – My co-pilot at work outside of Regina

In Regina, Catherine gets to spend some time with a friend as I get to revive her IPhone that crashed before leaving Saskatoon. We were quick to realise that Regina – Thunder Bay was going to be very difficult with the little music I had on my phone.
July 1st 6am or something like that, all I know is, it was way too early. We leave for Thunder Bay, the drive to the Peg was nice as always. As we got closer to the Ontario border all I could think of was what everyone told us about Ontario “it’s long and it’s boring” But to my great surprise I really enjoyed my drive there, nice scenery, relaxing meandering road. It was nice all the way to Dryden (2 hrs then I realized there was another 20 odd hours to go. And yes I have to say by the time we reached Thunder Bay (5 hrs later) I was sick of seeing the same thing over and over.

Windmills in Manitoba

Ontario, Ontario and more of Ontario

July 2 again way too early, I can’t wait to drive another 1377km today to get to Toronto. Thankfully there was a strom last night which left plenty of humidity in the air which caused lots of fog. I loved it it made everything seem new for the first couple hours anyways.

Ontario again plus fog
